For families across North–East Botswana access to essential renal treatment requires exhausting journeys of hundreds of kilometres. Our vision is to change that by building the first dedicated public dialysis facility in Chobe.
Our project is locally rooted and has one clear goal – to bring life-saving dialysis care into the heart of this region. Founded to build a bridge between local leadership in Botswana and medical investors in the UK.
Together we aim to remove the barriers of distance, cost, time and isolation currently faced by patients living with chronic kidney disease.
We are working hard to bring safe, accessible and sustainable treatment to the community.

We wish to develop a fully operational dialysis unit in Kazungula, to deliver life-saving renal care without the burden of gruelling long-distance travel.

Working alongside healthcare professionals, we look forward to bringing self-empowerment to families through a programme of awareness and education across the community, to achieve long-term health for all.

We aim to train and retain specialist renal care nurses locally, borrowing from the clinical experience at the Princess Marina Hospital in Gaborone, to create a solid dialysis treatment unit that will serve Chobe for generations
Everything we do is shaped by the voices, hopes and experiences of the people we aim to serve.
“We welcome stories from you to keep driving our mission forward. We look to engage with Community Witnesses, who are or have been directly affected by chronic kidney disease. This issue concerns everyone and everyone matters.”
